Have you heard of… dancing?

I. Did. A. pull up


Guys, I did it. I pulled myself up with half a chin over the bar. This is lifting 260 lb with my two weak arms. Turns out that rusty muscles don’t make a great assessement of your fitness level.

Right now I feel…

Good again. I would admit, I’m sore and tired. However, each time I work out, dance (a bad freestyling) or just move it makes me feel good and confident. I know I still look like an asian “fatso” but in my skin, it’s totally different.

What Did I learned or Skills I improve today?

Warm ups and streaching are as important as the workout itself. Monday workout made me sore all tuesday, but today was way better because I warmed up pretty good last night.

I also learned classic salutation in chinese: 你好 (nǐ hǎo) and 你好吗?(nǐ hǎo ma?). Still can’t order dumplings.

i’m looking into create my own personal course study. Since I reduce my gaming hours, I have so much free time and I don’t know what to do with it. I rewatched Solo Leveling for the third time. I need something more.. useful haha.

What Challenge did I face?

Chinese is hard. Speaking chinese is hard. But not as hard as missing your first pull up and falling on your back.

Notes

Made a spreadsheet. Much more easier to track instead of copying everything again in the blog haha.

Also did 30 minutes of light walk on threadmill. Started to smell burn rubber so might need to add oil on it.
