Weird thing happens when you don’t give AF
It’s freedom with a twist
Chill guy = Chill Life
But let’s be real. Life always finds something to piss you off. The economy sucks, the weather acts like it’s on mood stabilizers, and your upstairs neighbors suddenly think they’re opening for Avicii.
Again.
So what actually makes someone “chill”?
Hint: it’s not pretending everything is fine like a broken Sims character.
It’s just knowing where to put your energy.
You don’t need to react to every stupid thing happening around you. Not everything deserves the front-row seat in your brain. Freedom isn’t about removing obstacles. It’s just not letting every obstacle become your entire personality for the day.
Most of the time, the problem isn’t even the problem.
It’s the story you attach to it.
Your neighbor isn’t doing a personal attack at 2 AM.
The snowstorm isn’t a sign the universe hates you.
And the economy isn’t trying to ruin your year specifically.
Sometimes you just need to ask yourself:
“Is this really worth getting annoyed over, or am I giving free rent to things that don’t even fill out a tenant form?”
It’s called reframing. Check this nice video about it:
A chill life doesn’t come from perfect conditions.
It comes from choosing what actually matters and letting the other stuff pass by like a bus you’re not taking.
“Don’t waste your energy on things that wouldn’t even notice if you stopped caring.”
Right now I feel…
Happy. I’m really happy with my progress. Not only physically, but mentally. This new “awakening” is refreshing. It’s something I’ve been working on for so long and it finally happened. The universe will not give you what you ask for directly.
It will give you the opportunity to acheive it.
What Did I learned today?
The way we position our hands or like the way we do certains exercices can totally change which muscle you train. This is why form is so important.
What Challenge did I face?
My ankle started to hurt again. I hurt it five years ago and didn’t treat it right away. I feared it would come back and I may need to see a specialist for that before going further with more intense workouts.
